In 4 easy, very well executed steps, you will be on your way to a fresh new design that fully embodies your brand and aesthetic and delivers a precise message to your clients/customers. We will collaborate to provide a flawless design outcome that will speak to your audience and resonate with your brand.
This is where we get to know each other. We can chat via phone, skype, or grab a cup of chai tea latte (for me) / coffee at a local coffee shop. At this point, we will chat about your project, and your vision. I want to know about you past, present and where you want to go. We will have an open discussion where you can ask any questions you may have and I will do the same to get a better sense of desired outcome. This is where we decide if we will be a good fit for your project.
The Background Stuff
Now that we have gotten to know each other and decided this relationship is worth pursuing, next comes the paperwork. Your consultation will be followed by a questionnaire for you to retiterate the discussion we had and get your ideas down and further elaborate on them. I will provide a quote based on the scope of work discussed. Once you approve, a contract which you are required to read and sign will follow. 50% of your quote will need to be fulfilled prior to proceeding to The Design Process.
The Design Process
The legalities are all squared away and it’s time for the fun to begin. Based on the answers you provide in the questionnaire, we will work together to develop your aesthetic. I will design a number of samples based on your contract from which you will select one design. I’ll provide jpegs/pdf for you to review throughout the design process. After choosing a design, you will have the opportunity to make 3* revisions. Once you are happy with the design, I will refine and prepare your files for delivery. Easy right?!
Now we round up. We have spent the last few weeks communicating back and forth on the journey to your new design, we’ve enjoyed working on your project and we have come up with a great design together. Files are all prepped and ready for their new home with you. I will send you an invoice for the final 50% of your payment. Once the invoice is fulfilled, I’ll send you a link to dropbox where you may pick up all your files. The journey will be fun and my purpose is to ensure your end product is your vision alive!
