Let's Chat
This is where we get to know each other. We can chat via phone, skype, or grab a cup of chai tea latte (for me) / coffee at a local coffee shop. At this point, we will chat about your event, and your vision. Ask any questions you have and tell me all what you envision this event to be. Help me to get a clear vision of your dream turn out for this event. This conversation is meant to help both of us determine if we will be a good fit for this project. The ultimate goal is to ensure a huge grin on your face while your heart skips a beat at the end of all this.

The Background Stuff
Now that we have gotten to know each other and decided this relationship is worth pursuing, next comes the paperwork. Your consultation will be followed by a questionnaire. Fill this out to the best of your ability to provide all the details of you event. I will provide a quote based on the scope of work discussed and the details of your questionnaire. Once you approve the quote, a contract will follow for you to read and sign. 50% of your quote will need to be fulfilled prior to proceeding to The Design Process.

The Design Process
The legalities are all squared away and it’s time for the fun to begin. Based on the answers you provide in the questionnaire, we will work together to design the perfect invitation suite/stationery for your special event. I will design a number of samples based on your contract from which you will select one design. I’ll provide jpegs/pdf for you to review throughout the design process. After choosing a design, you will have the opportunity to make 3* revisions. Once you are happy with the design of the main invitation, the remainder of the suite (if any) will be designed to complement it. You will receive all files for a full review to double check all aspects. If all looks/feels good, you approve for final packaging or print/production. The final 50% of your payment is due at this point.

Delivery
Now we round up. The last few weeks have been exciting; working together to create the perfect stationery for your event. You are anxiously counting the days until they return from the printer and are assembled. On my end I am handling each invite with love and precision and packaging them for their new home with you. You may opt for in-person delivery arrangement (if you're local) or for your package to be mailed. The best is yet to come; receiving the invite and feeling the group of letters you put together on a tangible surface in your hand suddenly makes the event such a reality.
